I stayed at Teatro Massimo Apartments in Palermo for 3 nights with my girlfriends. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, and air conditioning in each room. We had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and complementary water in the fridge. Giusy, the owner, was extremely helpful and always quick to respond. I will definitely check for availability here when I return to Palermo.
Would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Everything you need is within walking distance - restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores. The host, Giusy, was incredibly helpful and easily reachable. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds, two bathrooms, and air conditioning in each room. It also has all the necessary kitchen equipment. An added bonus is the great little balcony where you can relax and watch the world go by.
There is no on-site parking, so you will need to park at a nearby car park for a fee. one of the bedrooms faces a noisy street, so it can be difficult to sleep until late at night.

our recent stay in Palermo was amazing, and Teatro Massimo City Center Apartments exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. Giusy was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our experience even better. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Elevator was out of order.

Teatro Massimo City Center was the perfect choice for our family vacation in Palermo. the apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. It's located in a fantastic area, within walking distance of all the sights and shopping. We were able to park our rental car on the street across from the apartment with no issues, thanks to the helpful people assisting with parking. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.
